2. Service description
SkillPrep provides AI-assisted interview practice. The AI interviewer conducts adaptive conversations and generates evidence-based feedback. Results are practice feedback, not employment assessments.
3. Credits and consumption
A credit is a reservation for one interview session at a specific duration. Starting an interview consumes the full reserved slot, even if you end early. A failure before the interview enters the authoritative started state releases the reservation. Credits are duration-specific and cannot be split or combined.
4. Interview lifecycle
Once an interview ends, it cannot be resumed. A new attempt requires a new blueprint and credit. Disconnect does not pause the timer; you may reconnect to the same active session, but the deadline is unchanged.
5. AI transparency
Your interviewer is AI. It does not make hiring decisions or guarantee improvement. We do not infer confidence, deception, mental state, or cultural fit. Feedback may be incomplete or imperfect and distinguishes observed behavior from model inference.
6. Privacy and data
We do not record or store raw video by default. Derived signals are minimized, purpose-limited, and governed by an explicit retention policy. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, reverse engineer AI models, or use the service for unauthorized purposes. Abuse may result in suspension.
8. Limitation of liability
SkillPrep is provided for practice purposes. We do not guarantee interview outcomes, job offers, or specific improvement. Feedback is generated by AI and may contain errors.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
